Private Villas
VILA VITA Parc also has a limited number of private villas giving you your own ultimate escape. Each villa has its own private pool and access to a secluded beach, combine this with the availability of all of the resort facilities and service and you have the ultimate in luxury.
There are four private villas:
Villa Praia
Villa Praia is a luxurious ocean front villa located on the cliff top with private pool enjoying unspoiled ocean views.
Villa Trevo
Vila Trevo is a luxurious ocean front villa located on the cliff top with private pool enjoying unspoiled ocean views.
Vila Al-Mar
Located in a secluded area of the resort, a 3-bedroom luxury bungalow with private pool, large gardens and terraces, overlooking the golf course greens with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.1 Presidential Suite, 2 Junior Suites
Villas Atlantico I and II
The Vilas Atlântico I and II are luxurious new villas located across from the resort, featuring large terrace areas and gardens and separate entrance to offer discerning guests more privacy and exclusivity. The villas also overlook VILA VITA´s pitch and putt golf course and the ocean.The units can be booked separately or as a single combined unit (on the high season, it is bookable only as a single combined unit). Each villa has a private parking area for up to 2 cars and has buggy service included. 1 Presidential Suite (ground floor),1 Junior Suite (upper floor).
Vila Vita Vital Spa
Adjacent to the VILA VITA Vital SPA, it is the perfect choice for guests who would like to take full advantage of the SPA facilities and the wide range of treatments during their stay.
Junior Suite:
Situated on the top floor above the Two Bedroom Vital Suite, accessible via a separate entrance, providing a magnificent view over the resort and of the ocean in the horizon. It offers an elegant sitting and sleeping open plan area with a kitchenette, as well as a stunning, secluded roof terrace. Size 40 sqm/431 sq ft.
Grand Suite:
Individually designed and equipped to the highest standard. It features a spacious lounge with fireplace, a separate kitchen-diner, elegant bedroom with individually designed luxury bathroom. The suite also benefits a walk-in closet, a guest toilet and a terrace with garden views. Size 59 sqm/635 sq ft.
Two Bedroom Vital Suite:
Situated above the VILA VITA Vital Spa, accessible via a separate entrance with an elegant hall. On one side it features the main suite with a spacious separate living and dining room with fireplace, a kitchenette, a uniquely designed large bathroom, and furnished terrace with a private garden. On the opposite side, the second bedroom features also a private bathroom and a furnished terrace. Size 108 sqm/1163 sq ft.
Oasis Parc
Set within the style of a Moorish village, the recently refurbished suites in Oasis Parc are all lavishly furnished with glamorously designed interiors. Located on the ground floor they feature 1 bedroom open plan suites, walk-in wardrobes leading to a spacious and luxurious bathrooms featuring a free standing bath and separate walk-in rain-shower, home theatre (5.1 sound system), flat screen TV with DVD player, CD Player, radio and iPod docking station, hand-painted Porches ceramics, espresso machine, wet bar, fireplace, under-floor heating integrated with solar panel system and heated towel racks in the bathroom. One child could be accommodated on an extra bed. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and one child until 12 years of age. Size 80 sqm/861 sq ft
Oasis Premium Rooftop Suite:
These suites are as the Premium Suites but are located on the first floor with a rooftop terrace daybeds and rain shower, enjoying incredible ocean views. These suites are particularly ideal for couples looking for privacy and a romantic hideaway. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults only. Size 80 sqm/861 sq ft + 40 sqm/430 sq ft (rooftop terrace).
Family Suites:
34 furnished suites provide comfortable accommodation for the whole family, including a spacious living and sleeping area in an open plan layout, a separate twin bedroom, and shower/bathroom. The lower floor suites have garden views, whilst the upper floor suites feature a 40m2 private rooftop terrace with rain shower, daybeds and spectacular views. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons. Size 80 sqm/861 sq ft.
The Residence
The Residence is located right on the cliff top of the resort, offering breath-taking views over the Atlantic Ocean in a quiet and tranquil setting. The Moorish architecture and elegant design of the Residence create an exclusive and romantic ambience. Maximum occupancy in all Residence accommodation: 2 adults.
Residence Suites Garden View and Family Suites:
All 11 luxuriously appointed suites feature spacious split-level living, generous bathroom and a luxuriously furnished terrace or balcony.
The suites offer garden views, and are mainly located in the side wings of the building. Size 40 sqm/430 sq ft.
Residence Suites Ocean View:
All 15 luxuriously appointed suites are located on floors 1 and 2 of the Residence. The feature spacious split-level living, a generous bathroom and a luxuriously furnished terrace. Almost all suites feature direct private garden access, a terrace or a balcony and all have ocean view. Size 40 sqm/430 sq ft.
Townhouse/Honeymoon Suites:
The Townhouse or Honeymoon Suites combine a fabulous living space for a couple with magnificent ocean views from the balconies. The duplex suites feature a beautifully appointed master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, accessible via staircase, as well as a charming lounge with separate guest bathroom. Each floor opens onto Moorish-style balconies directly facing the vast blue Atlantic Ocean. The terrace features a large hammock for relaxation. Perfect for honeymooners or couples seeking a romantic getaway. Size 65 sqm/699 sq ft.
Residence Grand Suite:
The elegant Residence Grand Suite offers a master bedroom and luxurious bathroom, spacious lounge with an adjacent guest bathroom. Size 65 sqm/699 sq ft.
Main Building Guestrooms and Suites
Set on 54 spectacular acres of lush subtropical gardens perched on an impressive coastline, the accommodation has been individually designed with elegance and sophistication, from rooms and suites to villas with terraces and panoramic views of the ocean.
All 180 rooms are equipped with:

Deluxe Guestrooms:
All 65 Deluxe Rooms are split-level living in a beautiful country house style, a spacious marble bathroom and either a terrace or balcony with garden view

An additional person can be accommodated on the sofa bed (Maximum occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults 1 child).
Grand Suites:
6 elegant Grand Suites feature a spacious lounge, bedroom with luxurious bathroom, a separate shower room and guest toilet. The suites lead onto either a large balcony or terrace overlooking the luxurious sub-tropical gardens of the resort. Size 65 sqm/699 sq ft. An additional person can be accommodated on the sofa bed or extra bed. Suitable for guests with disabilities.
Penthouse Suites:
The 2 Penthouse Suites are located on the top floor of the main building featuring a large balcony with breathtaking panaromic views of the gardens and ocean. The luxurious lounge benefits a spacious living area, separate dining area and a cosy fireplace. The impressive bedroom includes a dressing room and bathroom. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen and guest bathroom. A magnificent balcony with daybeds compliments the suite.
The two suites are uniquely decorated in either an elegant country house or an Italian Mediterranean style. They also benefit from four telephones and a private fax machine. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults. Size 105 sqm/1130 sq ft. The suites can each be interconnected to a Deluxe Room.
